Reed HR are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a dynamic team within the Transport Industry for an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in either Birmingham or Wolverhampton and will require travel across the network.
Salary: £32,000 per annum FTE
Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Location: Birmingham or Wolverhampton
Hours: 5 days /35 hours per week
Travel: Free travel is provided
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct a one-time review of job adverts for Catering Roles to attract top-tier candidates.
- Evaluate short video interviews and decide on candidate progression, providing feedback through the system.
- Screen CVs for experience, skills, and eligibility for the role and location.
- Compile a shortlist for formal interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Manage logistics for interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, and resource allocation.
- Assist with competency-based interviews and lead review sessions to finalise outcomes.
- Organise interview documentation and ensure timely feedback from managers.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team, Onboard Managers, and Customer Experience Managers.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Internal Recruitment experience within a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid background in recruitment processes.
Scope of the Role:
- National coverage across 8 Catering depots.
- Handle approximately 80-100 applications per depot.
