The role of the Internal Sales Executive is to be sales focused, contacting existing and potential customers who have previously requested a quotation. Follow up leads generated by the branches. You will also be processing any orders generated during your sales activity.
Working closely with the team you will have a continuous supply of sale opportunities to follow up on.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Develop long term relationships with an existing client base, phone base sales activity and the occasional site visit if required.
- Work closely with the branch to support the customer experience.
- Deal with incoming queries/leads from existing and new customers.
- Produce, sending and following quotations for customers in a timely manner.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to new and existing customers.
- Support new customers with their onboarding.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- 2 years in a similar phone-based sales role.
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft office.
- Salary DOE £25,000 - £32,000
