Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and upkeep the customer database, focusing on both new and inactive accounts
- Execute telephone and marketing campaigns
- Furnish precise details about products
- Generate quotations for customers
- Process orders within the system
- Recognise and address customer requirements, suggesting additional products
- Collaborate with procurement to place orders with suppliers
Person specification:
- Previous experience in the Construction/Events/Manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Must have experience in Internal Sales/Customer Service
- Computer Literate
- Sales driven mentality
