OVERVIEW
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be joining a HR team of 5 and reporting into the Recruitment & Development Consultant to help support on all recruitment needs. This role requires you to be based in Birmingham for a minimum of one day per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Internal Recruiter, your key duties will include:
- Writing and posting engaging adverts
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- Conducting screening calls (telephone or virtual)
- Shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and supporting when required
- Managing the offer and closing process
- Maintaining and updating the ATS system and providing feedback
- Managing the graduate recruitment campaign, including arranging assessment centres etc.
- Work closely with recruitment partners as required on certain roles
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role of Internal Recruiter, you must have:
- Previous Recruitment experience within agency or inhouse
- Proven experience managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Strong communications and relationship building skills - ability to liaise at all levels
- Positive, approachable and flexible attitude
- Understanding of GDPR practices
- Ability to act as a constructive and credible partner to Hiring Managers
