My client is an innovative and flexible national law firm, they are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Manager to join their fast-growing firm on a permanent basis.
The Recruitment Manager will perform a key role in recruiting consultant lawyers and other staff members as part of the firm’s Talent Attraction Programme.
Salary: £45,000-£70,000.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Recruiter or Recruitment Manager (hence the wide salary range) who has worked in the legal or professional services sector to contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the recruitment strategy.
One of the key benefits of this role is the firm’s generous commission scheme (additional to the salary advertised) and incentive structure with uncapped earning potential.
The key duties will include:
- Contributing to the development of the talent attraction programme.
- Headhunting Lawyers through various avenues, i.e., LinkedIn.
- Conducting initial screening and telephone interviews.
- Supporting the candidate lead generation.
- Working with the Marketing and PR team on recruitment-based initiatives.
- Leading the outbound call strategy.
- Management of 1 Recruitment Assistant/Executive.
- Performing the tracking and progression of leads through to engagement.
- Conducting face-to-face candidate meetings/interviews.
The Recruitment Manager will have senior level recruiting experience ideally in a professional services/legal environment. It is essential to have strong and persuasive communication skills, along with demonstrating a creative and proactive approach to lead generation. The right candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders. The Recruitment Manager will also be a super IT user for process and reporting purposes and possess a resilient and a goal driven attitude.
