A growing mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business is looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their successful team in Nottingham. You'll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of your customer accounts and proactively developing new business.
The Opportunity
The business you'll be joining is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They offer excellent service and knowledge to a wide range of customers and market sectors including Technical FM Companies, Specialist BMS System Installers, M&E Contractors, Industrial & Buildings Sector, OEM's and Control Panel Builders, Public Sector - Councils / Health, Defence Contractors, MOD and the Commercial Sector.
The business is also part of an impressive £1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK.
In this Internal Sales Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing B2B customer relationships
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Hitting targets through proactive telephone sales
- Converting leads and quotes into firm orders
- Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads
- Account management
- Cementing the company's status as the supplier of choice
