Hillarys is part of the Hunter Douglas group of companies, and this role is specifically for our trade division brands. In this role, you will collaborate with and support the UK Trade Area Sales Manager Team. We have a very experienced team of 8 Area Sales Managers who work in the field, contacting our customers on a daily basis. This newly established Internal Sales Representative role will involve working alongside our existing Internal Sales Manager.
With 1700 customers across the UK group, you will get to know our customers well which, in turn, enables friendly, professional relationships to be built. Your role will entail contacting these customers, establishing effective relationships, growing sales, and gathering information to assist with the development of a structured sales plan.

- Someone who can demonstrate a real passion for sales.
- Someone who has a strong sales experience, with a structured approach to building agendas for sales appointments.
- A fantastic communicator with strong influencing skills, when interacting with our customers on a daily basis.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and will have worked within a sales centre environment previously, taking inbound calls or making outbound calls through a sales lead process.
- You will have the autonomy to succeed in your role, so tenacity is essential.
- The drive to be self-motivated, while effectively working within a collaborative team environment.
- The working knowledge of Word and Excel is also desirable.
