Job description

Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 basic per annum plus 25% monthly bonus potential (OTE £40,000 – £41,250)

Hours: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: An office-based role for an enthusiastic and proactive sales professional, to maximise sales opportunities with our established customers, as well as working collaboratively with the Area Sales Manager to support potential customers with the aim of winning new business. The Sales Executive role aims to maintain good relationships with our existing loyal customer base and gain repeat business wherever possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline management from quote through to sale
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and internet queries
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate ASM for further development and closure
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and weekly touchpoints including daily phone time and sales closed
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven inside sales experience within a fast-pace environment, working towards and over achieving on KPIs
  • Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines
  • Strong listening and presentation skills and resilience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
