Providing a high level of service at all times, you will play an integral part in the customer journey.
Key duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries from a varied customer base.
- Providing quotations and following these up
- Providing basic technical assistance and information
- Maintaining the customer database, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- General administrative duties
- The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, either sales or customer service.
- You will be driven and happy to work towards targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication is essential along with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
- You will be friendly and a team player with the ability to self motivate.
