Internal Sales Representative

Responsibilities: ??

• Generate new business by promoting products and services over the phone, understanding customer needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Delight potential customers with excellent customer service and establish strong relationships.
• Achieve budget turnover and targets by implementing effective sales calls and promoting special offers.
• Ensure quick and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls, prioritising hire and sales enquiries.
• Complete paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and provide accurate and timely quotations.
• Uphold site health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements: �?

• 1-2 years of experience in Internal Sales, preferably within the construction, building, or fencing industry.
• Sales-focused with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to generate new business opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and effective planning abilities.

Working hours: ?

Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: ??

£26,000 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience
