Internal Sales(Developing Sector)

Reporting to | Office & Customer Service Manager/Sales Manager

Location | The role will be based across our Leicester sites

Hours | 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a daily 60 Minute lunch break

The Nylacast Group are a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and supply of engineering plastic solutions, with a global brand presence and 9 worldwide locations.

The Role

The Internal Sales team support the Developing Sector leaders by managing new and existing customers whilst trying to proactively generate new business.

Experience & Requirements

Main duties include:

• Support Sector leaders (external sales engineers)
• Manage documentation for both day-to-day work and projects
• Raising quotation
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain the responses to submit offers
• Quotation management and follow up
• Proactively manage & meet customer expectations
• Build relationships with key buying influences
• Identify and reengage lapsed customers
• Develop new sales opportunities – phone calls, e-mails and face-to-face meetings, to allow the external sector leader to pursue business.
• Market Research and lead generation
• Provide cover for sales administration and other Internal Sales.
• Other duties maybe required to allow us to meet customer expectations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Previous B2B experience or account management
• Experience of Sales Administration
• Motivation for sales (positive attitude)
• Prospecting skills/ lead generation
• Market knowledge (OEM’s)
• Ability to meet sales goals / targets
• Professionalism/Relationship builder/ highly organised/ flexible
• Experience of Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP system & CRM Systems
