Investor Relations Associate

Investor Relations business is currently looking for a new Investor Relations Associate to come on board to support the team with roadshows, conferences, events and research.

You will be part of the team arranging meetings and conducting research into existing and prospective clients as well as engaging with clients and attending meetings..  You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player.

This role will suit an excellent all-rounder who is willing to learn and develop in the role over time into an IR Professional.

Support with further study – Certificate in IR.

Duties:

• Assisting in organising roadshows and meetings.
• Preparing schedules and reports.
• Gathering feedback from all meetings.
• Assist with research and outreach via email and calls to investors.
• Prepare meeting documents, invitations, schedules and follow ups. 
• Gain an excellent understanding and knowledge of the company’s services and selling points.
• Building excellent relationships both internally and externally.
• Attend client events and meetings as and when required.
• Ensure all queries are handled in an appropriate timeline.
• Keeping the team updated and keeping a client line of communication.

The ideal Candidate

• At least one years’ previous experience within a client services environment.
• Having a real interest for working within financial services / capital markets.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and a real willingness to learn
• Highly organised and proactive – keeping ahead of the game as well as being able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
• Highly organised and professional. Excellent IT skills along with high attention to detail.

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (need to be flexible which days as not always the same each week).
