Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a manufacturing business in the Telford area who are looking for an Business Central Implementation Specialist to join their team. This is a stand alone role for a growing company of around 150 employees that are ready to go live with Business Central The working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is an onsite position based.

As the Dynamics Business Central Implementation Specialist you will be focusing on the successful implementation of Business Central 365 from their exisiting systems. They are looking for an IT coordinator who specialises in Business Central 365 and has extensive knowledge of implementing change and training staff to new company standards. You'll also oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.

The duties and responsibilities as the IT and ERP Specialist will be varied as follows:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the implementation project.
• Understanding our process and how we can get the most out of business central 365.
• Ensuring the smooth transaction from our systems already in place to Business Central 365.
• Ensure employees have access to necessary IT resources and support when needed.
• Compliance with relevant regulations and standards. technical assistance for projects requiring IT support.
• Liaise with third parties and team

• At least 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of Business Central 365
• Knowledge of knowledge of Office 365 tools and applications (SharePoint)
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and the skillset to engage and cooperate with various teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Great attention to detail and an analytical mindset
