About the Job
You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising sites within your region, providing support for the users, making procurement recommendations, liaising with 3rd party providers and assisting in site & systems administration. You will represent the business across an allocated number of sites, with flexibility to cover other regions for absence or project-related work, ensuring department IT & Systems are managed in an effective manner, utilising data analysis and KPIs.
As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Ensure performance is maintained, adhering to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to maximise customer satisfaction.
To achieve and maintain a high level of technical expertise, including system failure diagnosis, repair and installation work across the current range of products supported.
To assist and oversee larger installation and service calls in conjunction with the wider team
Strive to maintain high levels of first-time fixes within your region, by having an in-depth knowledge of products, and logical fault-finding techniques
Ensure strategic aims of the business are delivered into real plans for delivery.To have excellent organisational, communication and customer facing skills.
This role will require regular travel throughout your assigned region, which will require overnight stays as and when required.
About You
You will have significant experience in MS365 and Azure, VoIP deployment and project management, as well as customer awareness and knowledge of the Automotive industry.
You must be able to plan and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively organise workload and have demonstratable verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be a team player who is influential and builds good working relationships across all functions, can deliver a clear, yet detailed message and have flexibility, integrity and problem-solving skills to be successful in this role.
You will be educated to a GCSE level or equivalent, have a good working knowledge of PCs, printers communication equipment and networking, knowledge of Microsoft Products incl Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Ideally you will have MS365 and MS Azure, Prince2 and/or CCNA however this is not essential.
