Description
- Technical Support:
- Provide hands-on technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Lead a small team of IT engineers and collaborate with the wider IT team to address and resolve IT problems
- 2. Project Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing various IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
- 3.Infrastructure Management:
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- 4.Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the IT Manager and collaborate with IT team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist in training and on-boarding new IT staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department.
Profile
A Hands on IT Manager with varied and wide range experience in many aspects of IT including Networks and VMware, Be comfortable leading a small teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hands-on IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of general IT principles, systems, and technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
