Salesforce Project Manager
This dynamic, global healthcare organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce and needs a strong Project Manager to come in and take responsibility for delivery and project governance.
Working alongside the project team and Salesforce technical experts, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery is successfully completed against tight timelines in what is a regulated environment.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract role with the expectation that these projects will to take most of 2024 to implement.
You don’t need strong hands-on Salesforce configuration skills for this role but experience in the delivery of Salesforce solutions would definitely be advantageous, as would any experience of delivering projects within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment,
To be considered, you will have/be:
· Demonstrable project management experience gained working on large-scale cloud software implementation projects, ideally Salesforce
· Strong experience of delivering in Waterfall / Agile, with at least one professional project management certification such as PMP, SAFe and/or Agile Certified
· Strong presentation, prioritisation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various audiences up to C-level
· Experience of Salesforce projects integrating with SAP would be beneficial
· Successful track record of on-time and on-budget project delivery
This company can offer a hybrid role with lots of flexibility to work from home. You will be required to visit the office approx. 1-2 times a fortnight (the office is situated in Runcorn and is easily commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool and Chester).
A pro-rata salary of £60k-£70k is on offer plus a £10k completion bonus for successful delivery. You will also receive benefits including pension and 20 days holiday.
