About the role:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team to coordinate multiple Dynamics 365 and web projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple hybrid waterfall/agile projects in a fast-paced business and project environment. You will coordinate the successful delivery of technology, data, process and org structure changes, ensuring projects are delivered within time, cost and quality constraints.
Duties include:
- Shape, mobilise, plan and lead projects in line with Sage PMO standards.
- Create high quality project startup documents, detailing project scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks and governance structure.
- Track and measure business case realisation in close partnership with stakeholders throughout a project's delivery.
- Effectively manage key project risks and issues.
- Produce high quality project status and other miscellaneous reports as requested by the IT Delivery Manager or PMO.
- Ensure projects are well structured & planned and executed to plan, budget and agreed scope.
- Deliver change side by side with business teams, building excellent working relationships and effective comms with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Build and present budgets, track project finances and spend
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT Delivery Team's ways of working by regularly searching for and promoting opportunities to improve the Team's processes.
About you
- Significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) and web implementation experience
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within a hybrid waterfall/agile environment.
- Excellent facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad vendor selection & management experience
- Awareness and experience with widely used Agile and waterfall techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- General understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrable experience delivering continuous improvement to project processes.
- Full life cycle experience delivering complex agile & waterfall projects.
- Track record of delivering successful change management with business stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Track record of delivering projects against time, cost and quality constraints.
- Use of Jira, DevOps and MS Project, or similar.
Qualifications
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, PRINCE 2, or similar certification desirable.
