About the team
We are establishing a global cloud and network security architecture and engineering function that plays a crucial role in safeguarding Worldpay's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
What you will be doing
As an IT SecurityDelivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and enhancements of Security Services to the organization's internal clients. This role includes a blend of administrative, coordination and technical skills to ensure the cloud and network Security Services enable the business and contribute to the overall security posture of Worldpay.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Security Services.
- Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance security processes.
- Contribute to delivery planning and timely execution of security initiatives, projects, and roadmap.
- Ensure stakeholders are able achieve security requirements by engaging security consulting services and onboarding to security tooling and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team architects and engineers to align security goals and business objectives.
- Oversee relationships with security vendors and providers.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in technology project or Service Delivery roles.
- Experience managing project teams and collaborating with technical professionals.
- Experience leading or participant in waterfall or agile projects.
- Broad knowledge of various technology platforms including cloud and network security.
- Strong interpersonal skills that enable partnerships, stakeholder management and development of strong relationships with end-users.
- Proficient at promptly overseeing reliability challenges and adapting as needed.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to breakdown technical language to an appropriate level to the audience.
- Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, regulatory compliance, risk and control governance and metrics, and issue management.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agile environment.
- CISSP, CISM, GSEC or other relevant security, management, or technology certifications.
- Technical experience with cloud or network security tooling and technology.
