About the role:
- Hourly Rate: £13.91 per hour
- Location: Belfast
- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 36 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

You will assist the Lead IT Service & Contract Management Analyst in ensuring that IT Service and Contract Management processes are aligned with IT service requirements and processes are well defined, implemented and operated across the organisation. Duties will include:
- Incident & Service Request Management
- Problem Management
- Review weekly CAB notice from IT Assist and arrange for advice notes to be issued to users if there is an impact on service.
- Processing invoices
- Promote continuous service improvement by working with customers to improve service delivery
- Asset Management
- IP Telephony Infrastructure Support
Criteria:
- Possess a HND or equivalent level qualification (Level 5*) in a relevant IT related subject and can demonstrate at least 1 year’s relevant experience within the last 5 years of working within an IT Service desk role.
Or
- Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience within the last 5 years of working within an IT Service desk role and can demonstrate continued professional development including the attainment of relevant learning/qualifications.
- Can demonstrate experience in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Advanced.
- Possess a current driving licence and have access to a form of transport.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
