It Support Analyst

MCS Group is currently working with a growing local Manufacturing company who are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team. This IT Support Analyst will be joining a business that has been going from strength to strength within their industry and who are looking to expand further into their market by showcasing their world-class products.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate the daily delivery of IT services, placing particular emphasis on supporting the ERP and production scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with contracted IT-managed service providers and vendors to address incidents and fulfil service requests.
• Aid in the maintenance and support of crucial line-of-business applications, such as the ERP system and advanced planning and scheduling software.
• Offer assistance for MS SQL Server Databases, including generating ad-hoc queries and reports using MS SQL.
• Develop and sustain business intelligence and reporting using Power BI. Support the ongoing deployment and improvement of M365 SharePoint and Teams platforms, integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Essential Criteria:

• Third level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• 2 years of experience with IT Systems or in Application Support.
• Hands on ERP Systems Support
• Competency and knowledge of Cloud Platforms.
