It Support Analyst - Sql, Power Bi

As IT Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring IT systems, plus installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications for users. You’ll also be involved in educating end-users on software applications, ensuring an understanding of how to make the most of IT Systems throughout the company.

What will you be doing?

• You’ll be managing and supporting day-to-day IT Service Delivery, whilst collaborating with contracted MSPs and venders to resolve incidents
• You’ll be supporting MS SQL Service Databases and supporting the continued deployment and development of the SharePoint and Teams platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• You’ll also maintain and develop BI and Reporting using Power BI
• You will support critical line of business applications including Acumatica ERP and Siemens Opcenter Advanced Planning and Scheduling
• This position requires candidates to have availability to be on call, and flexibility regarding working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm)

What do you need?

• Third level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience working in IT Systems/Application Support
• Knowledge of ERP Systems
• Demonstrable skills and experience in at least one of the following:
  • Business Intelligence/Reporting
  • Application/Web Development
  • Database Administration
  • MS Power Platform Solutions Development
  • You will be able to work on your own initiative and to strict deadlines, and possess an innovative approach to tasks. Please note – you must be available to be on call.
