Salary: £22,000 - 25,000

Responsibilities
,Managing and maintaining Group's technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
,Ensuring that company devices interconnect with file servers, email servers, financial systems and cloud-based services seamlessly.
,Installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices.
,Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
,Creating instructions and user guides for program installation sequences.
,Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed.
,Evaluating and recommending software purchases to the IT manager.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
,At least two years' experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or related role
,Demonstrable knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
,Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment
,Demonstrable Admin-level knowledge of Azure AD, EndPoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory (AD)
,Experience working with and supporting Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, or Office 365.
,Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
,Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
,Administration of Office 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Forms, etc
,Hardware Install and builds/upgrades
,Software installs/upgrades
,VLE (Moodle)
,An understanding of Antivirus
,An understanding of Backup and DR provision
