Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for the opportunity to progress into team leading?
In this exciting IT Helpdesk Team Lead role working for a prestigious London consulting firm, you will be responsible for leading a small team as well as providing a range of support for all technology systems.
Working in a progressive and encouraging environment, you will be able to oversee the day to day activities of the helpdesk whilst managing suppliers and 3rd parties.
Your skills:
- You will be an IT Support Analyst looking for progression into an exciting Team Leader role
- You will have some experience of leading or mentoring IT Support Analysts in a previous role
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
Your responsibilities:
In this technical hands on Team Leader position, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for the following:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Hardware
