Are you a Service Desk Team Leader with experience leading a small team or a confident Tier 2 technical support looking to move into a Team Leadership role?
This company are a dynamic and innovative Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in comprehensive IT solutions, driven by a passion for technology and client satisfaction. They are now looking for a Technical Support/Service Desk professional to join them in a Team Leadership role.
In this role you will enjoy a mixture of working from home, working from the office and occasional visits to sites in London when required. Whilst being hands on with Tier 2 technical support and dealing with tickets related to Network issues, you will also oversee a small team and provide mentoring/leadership duties. The devices you will be working on are routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS etc.
The ideal candidate will be confident Service Desk Team Leader or 2nd Line Support with mentoring skills looking to step up. You will need to have strong tier 2 support knowledge with Network products, devices and services and experience working with Juniper amongst other network security platforms.

The Role:

- Required expertise in tier 2 support knowledge in Networks
- Familiarity with Network products, devices, and services
- Experience working with Juniper and other network security platforms
