Lorien are working with a professional services business in Bradford who are currently seeking a IT Services Manager to lead a team to deliver a range of IT support services to internal staff and their customers.
As well as leading on IT governance for the business, you will manager external supplier and service relationships ensuring value for money provision. The role will also work closely with the Software Development Manager to shape the IT Roadmap for the business as well as smooth implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage company Helpdesk Systems, processes and procedures
- Manage digital projects and the roll out/maintenance of digital solutions across the business
- Responsible for IT related purchasing - source and manage external providers of required IT solutions and services
- Manage, coach and develop the IT Services Team and to ensure all training plans are in place
Skills, Knowledge and behaviours:
- IT operations experience in engineer/management
- ITIL Framework experience
- O365
- Service Desk
- Telephone Systems
- AWS
Desirable:
- ERP System knowledge
- D365 CRM
- Sana e-commerce
The role will be based on a hybrid basis working from their centrally located office in Bradford.
Salary up to £50,000, 25 days holiday plus bank hoidays (increases in service), EV Car scheme, perkbox, private healthcare and life insurance.
