We have an exciting new opportunity to join a Bristol based IT team within a First Line Support role. This role is the perfect fit for someone who has experience within a 1st / 2nd line support role looking for growth within a company.
Your main duties will be answering all incoming calls and emails, providing face to face support to the office-based team, logging and raising tickets for each query / issue in full detail, raising these tickets to the correct priority level, resolving each query within a timely manner and supporting with new starter set up. This role includes a range of duties, some falling into 2nd line (when and if required)
This position is offering hybrid working, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. Please note: Hybrid working will be put in place after you have passed the probationary period

Essential Skillset / Experience:
- Previous 1st & 2nd Line Support experience (minimum 2 years) with the desire to develop into a senior role
- Technical knowledge of Windows10 knowledge
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft 2019 and above knowledge
- Technical knowledge of Azure
- Technical knowledge of Active Directory
- Customer service / call centre / face to face experience
