It Support Analyst (1St/2Nd Line) - £30,000

Got a year or two of 1st/2nd line support experience under your belt? Know your Exchange/365, Active Directory and Windows Server yet want to broaden into other areas like networks and backup solutions, as well as project work in the future? Perhaps you feel you’ve gone as far as you can, want a bigger (or smaller) environment or want to be one of the go-to people in the IT Department?

You’ll work with an array of technology (see above) and enjoy solving problems, be they very small ones or coming up with a new, innovative idea to help out a colleague with a better solution. It’s not a prerequisite, but that drive to help and improve where possible is what keeps you going.
