The IT Support Analyst will provide localised onsite support covering 1st & 2nd Line Support - will be the focal point for all on-site-based user IT Support. Own of all IT Support Incidents & Service Requests from end-to-end.
*The role does NOT involve out of hours support.
Skills Experience Required:
- 2nd Line or 3rd Line IT Support - onsite support experience.
- Office 365 - core Microsoft products.
- Active Directory - Group Policy.
- Video Conferencing - Zoom.
- Core DNS & IP Address support.
- Networking - Cisco/HP/Aruba LAN/WLAN/WAN Technologies.
- Desktop Hardware & Peripherals (PCs, Laptops, Monitors).
- Network Printing.
- Intune - MDM management.
- Cloud & Connectivity - have an awareness.
- Citrix.
- Linux - SAP on Linux.
- AWS.
- Centralised Architectures.
- Stakeholder Engagement - ability to communicate with all levels.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
