Are you an IT Support Engineer or similar local to Liverpool looking to join a leading IT Specialist in the education industry who provide, implement and manage IT Support for a range of different schools, councils and government organisations across the UK?

Do you want the opportunity to increase your skillset and experience working in a professional environment to ensure the success of various IT departments, assisting with hardware rollout, network management and general IT troubleshooting?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer or similar looking to step up into a position that offers progression into more senior positions. This is a position suitable for someone with a strong background working in IT Support across various schools.

In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support, working closely with the Network Manager and aiding both teachers and students with any issues that might be raised throughout the school day. The working hours in this role are 8am-5:30pm.

This role would suit an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer or a 1st Line Engineer looking to step up into a more senior position.

THE ROLE:

• Managing the IT Infrastructure of a school network
• Assisting with 1st and 2nd Line Support
• Progression and training available

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a similar position and confident to work within a school
• Able to pass a DBS check
• Local to Liverpool
