Responsibilities: As an IT Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clients' IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing issues, and completing necessary work to resolve them efficiently.
Attending customer premises, ensuring timely resolution of on-site issues.
Logging support request on internal systems
Keeping service desk documentation up to date
Support IT and telecoms infrastructure, software applications, hardware configurations and mobile devices
Configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments and documentation
Remote management of customer requests (installations, user account changes, etc)
Support covering various company locations (occasional requirement to travel to other UK offices to assist with projects)
Troubleshooting (laptops, routers, desktops, phones etc.)
Install, configure and support a range of IT hardware/software
Ensure all IT processes are followed, and documentation is maintained.
Maintain and monitor the complete IT Infrastructure to maintain a secure and productive environment.
Train and guide users where required on IT systems.
Maintaining customers' servers and environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Upselling to existing clients, you will play a crucial role in expanding our clients service offerings and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for upselling
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a managed IT services environment.
Strong technical proficiency, with expertise in configuring and troubleshooting VOIP systems such as 3CX and 4PSA.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our clients.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
