My client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their IT Team. You will be responsible for the smooth running and support of the company's business systems and data. You will be providing first and second line support to users submitting IT Helpdesk tickets, as well as being a crucial resource in the completion of IT-related projects.

This is an excellent opportunity offering the chance to get stuck in and take a step up into 2nd line support, enabling you to progress your skillset.

Essential:

• O365
• Windows 10 & 11
• Windows server
• User support
• Microsoft applications

Desirable:

• Microsoft SQL
• Understanding of networks - firewalls, routers, switches
• Driving licence
