We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive second-line support and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in assisting the IT Manager with the deployment of new software and systems while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer care.
Another exciting part of the role is the involvement in upcoming project work, the business is due to begin a SharePoint migration making the role perfect for someone interested in getting stuck into infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:
- Minimum 2 years’ IT experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Exposure to 2nd line support tasks
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff of varying IT abilities
