The Role
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for:
- provide IT support across the business (in person, telephone, email etc.)
- managing support tickets
- troubleshooting and resolving tickets
- escalating tickets to specialists as and when required
- processing starters/leavers etc. and managing relevant accounts
- supporting Windows OS and Office 365
About you
Applicants for the IT Support Technician role will have:
- experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
- preferably have experience with Active Directory
- prior experience working on a Service Desk / Help Desk, managing tickets effectively through a ticketing software
- excellent communication and customer service skills
