SalaryOur client, a renowned manufacturer, is seeking an IT Support Technician to enhance their IT operations. This role is a blend of technical challenge and innovation, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting.
The role:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365), and SQL.
- Manage and service IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Contribute to ERP system maintenance and database administration.
- Facilitate system upgrades and user training.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SQL.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Full UK driver's license, flexibility for occasional travel.
