The company depend heavily on the use of IT, and we are seeking for people who have experience in 1st line support, have a big passion for IT and for providing excellent and efficient support across their three sites based in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire. Due to supporting across different sites your own transport is essential.
Main duties:
- On-site scheduled Technician Days carrying out 1st / 2nd Line Support Tasks
- Respond to Helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
- Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting
- Basic hardware and software repairs
- Deployment of hardware and software
- Maintenance of network documentation and reporting
- Assisting with customer sales requests
- Provide technical guidance and support to school staff
We are looking for people who are passionate about IT, love to problem solve and learn about new technologies and systems to make processes simple and practical. Not only should you have some experience in IT, but we are also looking for people who have excellent customer service skills.

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a week, covering and supporting across all three areas.
The company will require an enhanced DBS check at the time of accepting the position, which will be paid by the company, as the role is within the education sector.
