This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an Outstanding rated School in an entry level 1st line IT Technician role where you will be given all of the training you need to thrive and progress your career.
In the role you will be working with staff and students on the 1st line, handling tickets and responding to queries as well as setting up new equipment and making sure inventory is up to date. You will escalate issues and work in support of the Network Engineer with projects and support tickets.
The ideal candidate will have just completed a course in IT and will understand basic IT terminology as well as IT Support and helpdesk concepts. You will be based within a commutable distance of Newbury and happy to be on site 5 days per week.

The Role:
* 1st line support, working with staff and students handling tickets, responding to queries, setting up new equipment and making sure inventory is up to date

The Person:
* Recently completed an IT course
* Knowledge of basic IT Terminology as well as IT Support and helpdesk concepts
* Highly motivated to secure their first professional role in IT
