In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the IT Technician requirements and dealing with the day-to-day operations of hardware and software. You will need to hit the ground running, with a proven track record of being successful within a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an IT Technician and will have strong knowledge of Network and System maintenance, Network concepts and Protocols and previous experience in Windows Server Operating Systems. The role will be heavily user focused, being the point of contact for troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software issues.

Qualification in IT/ICT Support.
