It Training And Process Improvement Manager

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a well-known health charity to support the recruitment of a IT Training and Process Improvement Manager who will work closely with various teams and IT to improve and streamline processes that bring added value to the organisation.

As part of the IT team and reporting to the Head of IT, the IT Training and Process Improvement Manager will spearhead the analysis and design of business processes, pinpointing alternative IT solutions aimed at boosting efficiency, effectiveness, and leveraging emerging technologies and automation. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering seamless collaboration within the organisation using Agile techniques to develop rapid IT solutions. The primary goal is to reduce the time taken for development, while providing high-quality software. To facilitate these transformations, you will lead training initiatives using a range of techniques, resources and media including face-to-face learning, e-learning, online virtual environments, and projects whilst engaging across teams and people with different levels of IT knowledge.

We are looking for a solid IT professional with excellent people skills and training delivery experience. You will possess experience in Process Improvement with a strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Platform. As a solution seeker, you will be resourceful and able to make the best use of existing software and platforms. Your background should encompass comprehensive IT training experience and software configuration skills across multiple platforms with the ability to communicate this to employees and successfully train on new functionalities. You will be familiar with software testing, change management, and have a proven track record in project management. It would be beneficial - but not essential - to have an understanding of or interest in AI tools and their application.
