Hays Technology are recruiting an iTrent Specialist System Administrator to join an ambitious public sector organisation implementing iTrent. You will be reporting to the HR Technical Lead and can work remotely.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting the implementation of a new HR system iTrent. You will be building and maintaining a data dictionary to support ongoing build and development and to inform security profile is set up. You will be supporting with the data migration workstream, including but not limited to managing and rectifying data exceptions.
You will be managing and documenting build specification and building and testing system functionality, workflows, absence within iTrent, whilst working with the BA, L&D, and UAT teams to create user guides for all users. You will be supporting the User Profile project to ensure that the system functionality meets the needs of all our users.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge and experience of iTrent system administration
- Knowledge of HR best practice and data governance methods
- Ability to manage own workload, to prioritise effectively and to escalate issues where appropriate
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality ideally with some experience of maintaining data in HR system
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to handle ambiguity and investigate with a hard standard of professionalism
