Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000
- Fantastic commission structure, taking your Y1 total earnings to £60k!
- Excellent progression, learning and development potential
- 5% of annual salary to go towards any training course of your choice

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have detailed conversations with prospective clients
- Research and generate a pipeline of new sales leads to target as well as turning Marketing driven activity into self-generated leads
- Perform outbound prospect outreach, via phone calls, emails and social selling to highlight the powerful proposition of the company products
- Book in follow-up/initial meetings for prospects and senior sales team members
- Work closely with marketing, network and CSM and the build teams to seek out and maximise all sales opportunities on the brand-new network
- Collaborate with internal departments and execute business plans and strategies for all customer related business possibilities
Requirements:
- C or 4 and above on Maths and English GCSE required
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target driven environment
- IT literate
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage your time effectively
