Are you a recent graduate or have you gained some experience working in a finance team and are you looking to develop you career further in a varied role? Do you have excellent attention to detail and a natural ability for working with figures?
We are recruiting for an all round accounts role, working in a team and supporting the senior accountants in busy and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your existing skills with support of the Head of Finance. You will need to have some knowledge of accounts or finance and a positive, can-do attitude towards work. Solid IT skills, with basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel is also key.
Duties will include:
* Processing invoices within a team
* Credit control - chasing outstanding payments
* Completing high value write-offs, including liaising with large customer accounts
* Sending out monthly statements
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Involvement with accounting projects
