Junior Administrator
Salary: 20,000
Full time hours: M-T 8:45-5:30pm , Friday 8:45-5pm
Location: Brentwood
One of the leading international retail research and quality assurance specialists, are looking for a Junior Administrator to join their dynamic in-house Date Team.
They are committed to delivering excellent service to all their clients - everything you do will help build long term relationships with their clients by being innovative, responsive and putting the client at the heart of what they do.
The role includes:
- Updating information on the company in house system
- Producing reports using Excel
- Reviewing and supporting team with new clients' specific requirements
- Cross referencing information with the database
- Dealing with any data/system-based queries
- Accurately inputting data
Key stills required:
- The ability to work quickly and accurately is key to this role as is a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others within the team to help make decisions
- Confidently querying any anomalies that may arise within your categories
- Organising the workload according to client priorities
Benefits:
- Salary - between 18k and 20k dependent on experience.
- Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (January to December) plus Public Holidays.
