Junior Administrator

Hays are recruiting for a Junior Administrator. This is an office-based role and a permanent position. Manchester city centre based.
Your new role
You will be first point of contact for administrative support, meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms, answering and screening calls, organising client meetings, preparing meeting rooms, management of the office, liaising with reception, organising repairs, petty cash, onboarding, sending doc sign, setting up companies, typing letters and any other duties required via the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong IT skills, this is an entry level role, you will have some administrative experience, you will be an excellent communicator, you will be a team player with a positive attitude.
