Junior People Systems Administrator
We currently have an opportunity for a Junior People Systems Administrator within our IS Projects and Training team. In this role, you will support our learning, development and performance management system Cornerstone, acting as a point of contact for system queries and issues.
Summary of the role and main responsibilities
- To troubleshoot and resolve any reported incidents and action requests within service level targets to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
- To escalate tickets to third party support, if required, to ensure timely resolution.
The Junior People Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the Cornerstone talent management system, while assisting with implemention and delivery of a programme of system enhancements and improvements.
By having:
- Experience of working in an application support environment troubleshooting, providing technical support, and escalating issues to third party support, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Experience of managing and implementing changes to production systems.
- Proven ability to solve a range of problems, using their own initiative referencing established procedures and processes
- Experience of producing and maintaining system documentation and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
This is a hybrid role between home working and office working, you’ll work 1 day a week in the Manchester office, or more if you prefer. We may ask you to attend the office on additional days where necessary, for example team meetings.
Please note, if you are successful, you will be required to attend the office every day during your first week of work whilst your induction is completed.
