Description
As a Junior Artworker you will join our busy artwork production team working closely with the Marketing Team, Studio and a talented team of Creatives. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a natural flair for layout design, POS experience as well as excellent knowledge of digital mediums.
The Team
The culture marketing team functions as a part of the larger Marketing department and we work extremely closely with Creative, Ecommerce and the Studio team to bring creators and influencers to the table.
Reporting into the Traffic Manager, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.
Our goal is to create an environment in which you can learn new skills, gain experience in existing ones and improve your knowledge of the consumer continually. You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge.
About You
You will have previous Artwork and Design experience across a range of mediums with a particular focus on print and digital, ideally in a Retail environment or have a working knowledge of the industry.
Able to demonstrate an ability to take briefs and work within brand guidelines to support the campaign/project effectiveness. Have excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (or relevant tools/software).
