Junior Data Entry
This is an excellent opportunity for the Projecting Group working directly with one of our Investment and Wealth Management clients.
Data Entry is required for a data migration project with one of our Financial Services clients.
We are looking for 4 graduates to join support one of our clients from mid June until mid September. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills and be a strong team player. The candidate will be responsible for entering data to the system, policies, forms and ensuring the accuracy of the data. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the firm’s investment management systems
- Investment Policy Statements (IPS) Amendments
- Product Replacement Forms (PRF) Template Letters
- Ensure the accuracy of the data
- Work independently and as part of the project team
- Assisting project team members e.g. Project Manager, business analysts etc.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong numeric and analytical skills
- Competent individual with willingness to take on responsibility
- A quick learner with ability to absorb and understand requirement
- Organised with a methodical approach, detail oriented
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Keen, proactive, positive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a respectful but effective manner
- Ability to work independently and run self-directed activities, often under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Team player with experience of working in a team environment, assisting and supporting others when required
- Tactful, trustworthy, diplomatic, able to maintain confidentiality
Location: London, office based
Contract Type: Fix Term Contract
Duration: From mid June until mid September
Salary: Up to £25,000 for 12 week contract
Work authorisation: You must already have the right to work in the UK. If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK before the interview proceeds.
