Junior Estimator

Are you working in the roofing and cladding or the construction industry looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is looking for a Junior Estimator to join the team on a full time basis based out of their Warrington office.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and evaluating enquiries to determine the scope of works and deadlines.
• Assisting with the preparation of quotations ensuring that all specifications are included in the cost.
• Following up on quotations, liaising with the Business Development Manager.
• Analysing technical drawings.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and source pricing information for materials and labour.
• Work with the in-house project management CRM to keep projects and client relationships running at all times.
• Participate in bid reviews and presentations to clients.
• Establishing and expanding on existing relationships with supplier to achieve best value and commercial terms.
• Visiting site for measurement / survey purposes.
• Keeping up-to-date with product and service information.
• Working closely and taking guidance from the Senior Estimator.

• Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month).
