Salary Responsibilities:
Work closely with the product team to prepare, install and QA our farms
Hybrid working partly from our HQ in paddington but also across our wide number of client sites
Support the build & assemble of our various farm systems
Drive to and from client sites to collect/deliver farm systems and support the wider team
Install the systems into client sites as per specification
Be proactive, continuously looking for ways to improve the products and our processes
Ensure high standards of product and service delivery
Support the Senior Installation Technicians with any administrative activities to keep the workshop tidy and safe
Requirements:
Experience or education in a trade (construction, electrician, plumbing, carpentry) would be a positive but not necessarily essential. Being 'handy' would suffice as we can teach the rest.
An interest or passion for agriculture, hydroponics, horticulture or nature
Good attitude is essential, as is being a positive team player
High attention to detail and the ability to follow instruction and process
A proactive approach to problem solving and product enhancement
Strong communication skills, both to work the SMF team as well as to represent the business on site.
Full UK driver's license
Fluency in English
