Based in Beaconsfield our client is looking for someone to join their Finance Team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role would suit someone starting out in their financial career. Our client will on-board and nurture you and your skills to become a vital part of the team. The start of the role will be in the office until you have completed your onboarding and can work on a hybrid basis.
The Role:
- Matching invoices and reconciliation and PO's.
- Manage weekly supplier payment runs.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Maintaining purchase ledger with correct and accurate details
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries arising from the supplier statements
- Inputting new suppliers and updating supplier records accurately
- Invoice filing/other adhoc filing
- Query chasing and resolution.
- Working within company policies, reviewing systems and improving processes where needed

- Ideally experience of in a finance role or similar.
