SalaryWSR are looking for Junior Finance Assistant to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.
Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday
Salary: GBP25k
Reports To: Finance Director
Junior Finance Assistant Job Overview:
The core mission of the Junior Finance Assistant is to provide outstanding customer service liaising with the finance team and ensuring all accounts tasks are dealt with in a timely manner. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work as a team and to fit into the company culture.
Junior Finance Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reconciling closed projects
- Sales invoice reconciliation
- Sales invoice addition to Gross profit records
- Purchase ledger addition to Gross profit records
- Purchase ledger filing
- Purchase ledger cover as required
